Located in Ningming, Chongzuo, this project primarily aims to address water supply issues for the town's 10,000 residents. The raw water, sourced from the river, is characterized by turbidity, sediment, suspended matter, and an odor. Especially during the rainy season, turbidity can reach as high as 3,000 NTU, and the water quality fluctuates significantly.
For this reason, the project recommended the use of two parallel gravity-type integrated water purification systems. This system can treat water sources with a wide turbidity range and provide stable output water. The equipment is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the dosing system utilizes a three-tank dosing system. The control system is a smart cloud platform, chosen because the project requires uploading water plant data, including pH, TDS, and effluent turbidity, to a health supervision and management system. Highlights of this design: Utilizing a technical system combining "dual parallel units for shock resistance, three-stage dosing for stabilization, and cloud-based dual control and monitoring," it achieves a four-fold guarantee of "no turbidity in the rainy season, no drought in the dry season, and government monitoring and resident auditability."
