This project involves the construction of a new, modern water plant, utilizing underground well water as its source. Through deep purification, the plant addresses local residents' drinking water health concerns and ensures compliance with Vietnamese drinking water standards.
The main body of the equipment is constructed of 304 food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and free of heavy metal leaching, ensuring water quality throughout the entire process.
The fully automatic PLC electronic control system integrates equipment start/stop, parameter adjustment, and fault alarms, supporting remote monitoring and data traceability.
The water quality monitoring network features a two-stage online monitoring system. Front-end monitoring provides real-time analysis of raw water turbidity, pH, and heavy metal parameters, back-end monitoring dynamically tracks effluent residual chlorine, turbidity, and microbial indicators.
The intelligent dosing system features a linked precision dosing device that automatically adjusts the dosage of flocculant (PAC) and coagulant aid (PAM) based on raw water quality data.
High-efficiency flocculation and sedimentation: Vortex reaction + inclined tube sedimentation technology creates dense alum flocs through precise chemical dosing, increasing sedimentation rates by 40% and reducing sludge concentration to ≥30%.
Advanced treatment unit: Multi-layer filtration + UV disinfection, a quartz sand/activated carbon composite filter removes fine impurities, and sodium hypochlorite sterilization, with an inactivation rate of >99.99%.

It benefits over 100,000 residents and serves as a benchmark for Vietnam's rural drinking water safety program.
